Being the same property conveyed to us by deed of Everett R. Grachen and Lucy Grachen, dated August 6th, 1954, and recorded in Book 35, at page 238 of the Charlestown Land Evidence Records. This conveyance is made SUBJECT to a restriction of record and to a mortgage to the Industrial National Bank of Providence, dated November 27th, 1959 and recorded in Book 37, at page 128 of the Charlestown Land Evidence Records.
