133 MORTGAGE DEED (Statutory Form) KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we, JOHN F. FLYNN and MARY B. FLYNN, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to WESTERLY COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION, a corporation legally created and having a place of business in the Town of Westerly, County of Washington State of Rhode Island, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of TWO THOUSAND and no100/100 ($2,000.00) Dollars in three (3) years with interest at one (%) per centum, per month, payable monthly as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of even date herewith. That certain parcel of land with all the buildings and improvements thereon, lying and being situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a point on the easterly side of the State Highway, commonly known as "South County Trail", at the intersection of said Highway with a certain stone wall which crosses behind and at the southeasterly corner of premises of Albert E. Griffin; thence running easterly and southerly with said stone wall, a distance of 76.00 feet; thence running at right angles easterly and running southerly a distance of One Hundred Sixty (160) feet, bounded easterly by other land of said Griffin; thence running westerly, a distance of 110.00 feet, to the point of beginning of the premises of Grinnell and Pearl M. Grinnell, running westerly, bounded southerly by land now or formerly of Leon M. Gauthier, a distance of 110.00 feet; thence running southerly, a distance of 110.00 feet and 74/100 (110.74) feet, bounded easterly by land of said Griffin; thence running easterly, a distance of 160.00 feet, bounded southerly by said State Highway, a distance of One Hundred Sixty (160) feet to the point and places of beginning. Being the same premises conveyed by Leon M. Grinnell and Pearl M. Grinnell to John F. Flynn and Mary B. Flynn with right to redeem by Warranty Deed dated November 27, 1956 and recorded in the Land Evidence Records of the Town of Charlestown, and being a portion of the premises conveyed by Nathaniel G. Whitford to Leon M. Grinnell, by Warranty Deed dated and recorded December 15, 1935 and recorded in the Land Evidence Records of said Town of Charlestown in Book 26, page 192. Flynn to westerly Community Credit Union dated December 17, 1959 and recorded in the Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island, in the Land Evidence Records in Book 37, page 133, hereby cancels and discharges the same. And covenants to and with the payer that it is the present owner of said note.
