I, Thomas F. Reilly, of the Town and County of New Haven, State of Connecticut, for
consideration paid, grant to Clarence H. and Elizabeth C. Brown, as joint tenants and not as
tenants in common, of the Town of Cranston, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island with
WARRANTY CONVEYANS
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington, in the
State of Rhode Island, and described as follows : is in fee simple. That certain lot or parcel of
land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island,
and laid out and designated as lot numbers 930-1 on that plot entitled "Map of Charlestown
by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island, Owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, Scale 1" = 100,
Dated July 25, 1934, K. W. Leighton, C. E., New Haven, Ct., Said Map to be filed in the office
of the Town Clerk for Charlestown, Co Carolina, Rhode Island.
Said lots are bounded as follows:
EASTERLY: by Shore Drive, as shown on said map, fifty (50) feet, more or less;
NORTHERLY: by lot number 932, as shown on said map, one hundred, (100) feet, more or less;
WESTERLY: by part of lot 1024, as shown on said map, fifty (50) feet, more or less; and
SOUTHERLY: by lot number 929 as shown on said map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less.
This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said map. The consideration
for this deed is $250.00.
I, Anna T. Reilly, wife of the grantor Thomas F. Reilly, release to said grantee all
her right of dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises.
WITNESS my hand this 11th day of September, A. D. 1934.

appeared Thomas F. Reilly, individually and as attorney for Anna T. Reilly, his wife, to me
known and known by me to be the party executing the foregoing instrument, and he acknowledged
said instrument, by him executed, to be his free act and deed in said
capacity and the free act and deed of Anna T. Reilly.
