WESTON and ROSA R. WESTON, husband and wife, of Charlestown, Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to THE RALO REALTY CORPORATION, a corporation duly organized, and existing under the laws of the State of Connecticut, and having a place of business in the Town of Westerly, Rhode Island with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of Two Thousand Four Hundred & 00/100 ($2,400.00) Dollars in gold as certain negotiable promissory note of even date hereunto annexed. (Description, and Incumbrances, and if any, Abr.) That certain tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon invented, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, housed and described as following:— BEGINNING at a point in the westerly line of Colburn Road, said point being the southwesterly corner of the land of the owners currently of Lot No. Thirty-six (36) on plat entered, The Ralo Realty Corporation Plan No. 2, Columbia Heights, Charlestown, R. I. thence south 1 deg. west - 20 feet, then south 89 deg. west - 50 feet, to intersect the westerly line of Colburn Road, thence northerly along said westerly line of Colburn Road, northerly boundary westerly partly by said Lot No. 36 then 90 feet and partly by Lot No. 38 on said plat, a distance of 90 feet, thence easterly 100.00 feet to the westerly line of the easterly leg of 90 feet and running southerly by that line with a curve having a radius of a point of 50.00 feet, the chord distance following the arc of a straight line westerly to northerly with a distance of 25 feet, a distance of 39.27 feet, thence east 100.00 feet, then southerly along the easterly line of Colburn Road, a distance of 77.00 feet to the point of page and line intersecting, this last course making an interior angle of 90 deg 00' with the first described course. The above described premises being Lot No. 34 and the southerly half of Lot No. 32 on said plat. Being the same premises conveyed to the mortgagors by deed of The Ralo Realty Corporation, recorded in the Charlestown Land Evidence Records TOGETHER with the rights and SUBJECT to the conditions contained therein. This mortgage is made SUBJECT to a prior mortgage of record to the Industrial National Bank of Providence. This mortgage is made upon the STATUTORY CONDITION and with the STATUTORY POWER OF SALE.
