21 DISCHARGE OF MORTGAGE THE WESTERLY SAVINGS FUND AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, of Westerly, Rhode Island, having received full payment and satisfaction of the within mortgage, recorded in the Land Evidence Records in the Town of Charlestown, R. I. in Real Estate Mortgage Book Number 37 Page 20 does hereby cancel and discharge the same. NYE, of the Town of Hopkinton, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid quid pro quo to CHARLES W. PYNE, of Neil Lane, Riverside, State of Connecticut, with warranty covenants Those certain lots or tracts of land situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, shown and delineated as Lots Numbers 769 and 770 on that certain map or plat entitled, "Charlestown by the Sea, owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, Location Charlestown, Rhode Island, Scale 1" = 100 feet, dated July 25th, 1934, K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut," which said plat is filed in the Office of the Town of Charlestown, said Town of Charlestown, said lots together form one tract, bounded as follows: SOUTHERLY : by Richard Street, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less; and EASTERLY : by Lots Number 780, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less; and NORTHERLY : by Lots Numbers 769 and 770, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less; and WESTERLY : by Lots Numbers 775, 776, 777 and 778, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less. This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map. Meaning and intending to convey the name premises conveyed by deed of Thomas F. Reilly to Thomas W. and Iva A. Nye, as Joint Tenants, by deed dated November 2, 1936 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, said Town of Charlestown, Book No. 26 at Page 546. I, Iva A. Nye covenant that said Thomas W. Rye has since deceased and that I am the surviving grantee mentioned in the aforesaid deed and that I have not remarried. WITNESS my hand this 27th day of August, 1959.
