(Description, and Incumbrances, if any) Beginning at a point on the easterly side of the Town Highway on the northerly side of a brook or small stream that crosses said Town Highway; thence running northerly, a distance of four (4) rods more or less, to a stone wall at the line of Mike Koni; thence running easterly through brush turning and running easterly, bounded northerly by said Koni land, until it comes to land, now or formerly of George A. Safford; thence running southerly through brush turning and running southerly now or formerly of George A.
