4 K Mill cut out Know all men by these presents, that I, Alfred R Richard of the town of Richmond, county of Washington and State of Rhode Island, hereinafter called the grantor in consideration of the sum of four (400) dollars and other valuable consideration to me paid by Albert M Boyy of the town of Richmond in said county and state, hereinafter called the grantee, the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge, all my right, title, grant, interest, and convey unto the said Grantee and his heirs dutes and assigns any piece of land situated in said town and village a district known as "the cut" situated in and around the the road from the town, county of Providence and State of Rhode Island stands, as it now exists in its current state in the same manner as it was constructed and secured on feb. 1, 1873 constructed on the North side and bounded on E. side by a fence and on W. side by a fence, on the North side by the State highway, on the South highway and in the East on the State highway and the North highway and in the West on the State highway and the North highway and in the South on the State highway and the North highway and in every part signed as in the said North Horse avenue To have and to hold the aforesaid granted premises, with all the ri- privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging unto and to the use of the said Grantee and his heirs and assigns forever And I, of the said Grantee, for money paid for my needs requests, of the said Grantee, for money paid for my needs requests, and covenants with the said Grantee and his heirs and assigns that o our company engaged in the simple of the said granted premises that the same are free from all encumbrances and I have good right full power and am fully authorized to sell and convey the same in manner as aforesaid that the said Grantee and his heirs and assigns shall quietly enjoy these presents at all times whenever peacefully and quietly without any suit and premises, and that I the said Grantor will, and my heirs executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the same to the said Grantee and his heirs and assigns from every person claiming the same claims and demands as and forever signed & delivered before me, wife of the said Alfred R Richard of having seen all my right of dower in and to the said granted premises void to the said Grantee and his heirs and assigns forever.
