Buddington, of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to Charlestown Estates, Inc. a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Rhode Island and formerly having a place of business in the City of Providence, but not located in the town of Westerly, State of Rhode Island, with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: Might certain tracts or parcel of land located at Quonochontaug East Beach in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island bounded and described as follows, to wit: Lots numbered four hundred and forty-six (446) four hundred and forty-nine (449), four hundred and sixty (460), four hundred and sixty-one (461), four hundred and sixty-two (462), four hundred and sixty-six (466), four hundred and sixty-seven (467), and four hundred and seventy-one (471) all as shown and delineated on a certain plan or plat entitled "Plat of Quonochontaug East Beach, property of S. H. Davis, Inc. Leon L. Holland C.E., scale 1 inch equals 100 feet, Revised, July 1931". Said plan being on file in the Land Evidence Records of said Town of Charlestown. The object of this deed being to release the above described parcels from a certain mortgage made by Samuel H. Davis to John W. Buddington dated March 26, 1933 and duly recorded in the Land Evidence Records of said Town of Charlestown. WITNESS my hand this 16th day of January 1939 JOHN W.
