Leroy Johnson and Rhoda L. Johnson, husband and wife, both of Raton, New Mexico, as JOINT TENANTS and not as tenants in common, with rights of survivorship, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of Six Thousand Five Hundred ($6,500.00) Dollars in ten (10) years with interest at six (%) per centum, per annum, payable as provided in a certain promissory note of date oven date herewith.
