IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 3rd day of March, 1958. Executed and delivered in the presence of Anthony J. Bucci THOMAS E. RHODES, JR. ESTHER L. RHODES State of Rhode Island County of [?] In Providence in said County of this 3rd day of March, 1958 before me personally appeared Thomas Rhodes & Esther Rhodes to me known and known by me to be the person executing the fore- going Bond and they acknowledged said instrument to be their free act and deed, and swore to the truth of the affidavit herein contained. LATHAM, as Joint Tenants with WARRANTY COVENANTS (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) A certain tract of land in the Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island, containing by estimation two acres, more or less, including the Ocean House, so-called, and all other buildings and improvements thereon situated. Said property is known as the "Ocean House Property" and is bounded northerly partly by land now or formerly of Benjamin S. [?] and partly by land now or formerly of [?] C. Gavitt; easterly by the sill brook southerly by the sail brook westerly to the said Pond; and westerly by the highway leading from Post Road to the said Pond. Subject to taxes assessed as of December 31, 1957. We, William F. Schroeder and Marie S. Schroeder husband and wife, of the grantor release to said grantees all our right of curtesy and dower and all other interest in the aforedescribed premises WITNESS our hands this 19th day of March 1958.
