215 STATUTORY FORM OF WARRANTY DEED. CHARLESTOWN ESTATES INC., a corporation duly incorporated under the Laws of the State of Rhode Island, and having a place of business in the Town of Westerly, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid grant to THOMAS C FEISTENBERG and MARY FEISTENBERG, husband and wife, both of Bloomfield, County of Hartford and State of Connecticut, as joint tenants and not to tenants in common, meaning the survivors, with WARRANTY CONVEYANCE. A certain tract or parcel of land located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, and shown as Lot #35 on a certain survey plan or plat entitled, "Sunnies Acres, Property of Charlestown Estates Inc., Route 108, North & East, Westerly, R.I." said survey plan being recorded in the Land Evidence Records of said Town of Charlestown at Book 24, page 115, and described as follows: beginning at the southeasterly corner of the parcel herein conveyed at a point on the easterly line of the Mosey Avenue, so called said point also marking the northeasterly corner of the parcel herein conveyed thence southeasterly along said easterly line angles to the westerly line of Mosey Avenue one hundred fifty-two (152) feet, more or less to a stone bound thence southeasterly along said stone bound line more or less to a stone bound 259 feet, more or less to the northwesterly corner of the parcel herein conveyed thence easterly to a point one hundred fifty-two (152) feet, more or less, to the northeasterly corner of the parcel herein conveyed at a point on the westerly line of Mosey Avenue, so called thence northerly along the westerly line of Mosey Avenue 259 feet to the point of beginning of place of beginning. Said parcel is bounded northerly and westerly by other land of the grantor and southeasterly by so called and southerly by other land of these grantees. In consideration of the purchase price, it is understood and agreed that the following restrictions and reservations shall apply to and run with the land for the years for a period of thirty years from November 1, 1958.
