MORTGAGE DEED
I, HILJA PIRHONEN of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to Almira L. Robbins of West Warwick, County of Kent and State of Rhode Island, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of Eleven Thousand ($11,000.00) Dollars in five (5) years with interest at five (5) per centum, per annum, payable semi-annually in advance provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of even date herewith.
A certain farm with a house, barn and other buildings, a large freezing water pond, and all other improvements thereonstanding, lying and being in said town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, which contains 90 acres, be the same more or less, with a highway passing said farm easterly from said farm highway to land of Charles P. W. Wheeler and a highway passing said farm and also a highway passing across the said farm easterly on the north boundary of land of Vose and, and a road called Lavelles and partly by land now or formerly of John S. Kenyon, on the south by land of John P. King, on the west by Passage Rd. bound, and on the north by land of Charles P. W. Wheeler; thence on the north and west boundary of the said land of Charles P. W. Wheeler until it comes to the highway passing said farm on the northeast corner of the said farm or however the said farm may be bounded or described.
Also two (2) lots of land with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in said town of Charlestown as delineated and described as Lots Numbered 15 and 16 on "Plan in Subdivision of the property of The Eastern Planning and Waiting Company", Town of Rhode Island and Charlestown, August 1934, Rossi & Lewis, Eng's, together with the rights-of-way and the use of wells referred to in prior deeds.
This mortgage is made upon the STATUTORY CONDITION and with the STATUTORY POWER OF SALE.
I, Hilja Pirhonen covenant that I am unmarried.

DISCHARGE OF MORTGAGE
The undersigned, having received full payment and satisfaction of the within mortgage recorded in Town of Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, in Mortgage Book No 29, page 503, hereby does hereby discharge the same. And covenant to and with the payer that I am the present owner of said mortgage.
