Know all Men by these Presents, that I Mehitabel A.
Dessin widow of Peleg B. Dessin, deceased, of Charlestown, Washington
County, Rhode Island, for the sum of One dollar, lawful money
of the United States, and other valuable considerations, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, from hers Marie Elizabeth
Bullock of Atlanta, Fulton County Georgia, do bargain and sell
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said Marie Elizabeth Bullock, her heirs and assigns all
my interest as widow, heir or otherwise, in the property real
and personal in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington
State of Rhode Island, described and conveyed by a deed
from George A. Ward of Newport to Peleg B. Dessin, dated
Portland Connecticut County Bergen, October 28th 1895 and
witnessed by Levi A. Ward and M. E. Hopie,
In witness whereof, I the Grantor above named, hereunto
set my hand and seal this 13 day of August 1896,

This certifies that on the 13th day of
August 1896, personally appeared before me Mrs Mehitabel
A. Dessin, widow of Peleg B. Dessin known to me to be the
person described in the foregoing instrument and acknowl-
edged to me that she executed the same of her own free
will and accord,
