Dollars in Ten (10) years with interest at Five and a half (5 1/2) per centum, per annum, payable semi-annually in advance as provided in a certain promissory note of even date herewith. In accordance with the terms and tenor of said note. (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) A certain tract or parcel of land Together with buildings and improvements thereon, including and the furnishings therein, situated and lying at Quonocutcong Central Beach in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows: Lot #76 as same was delineated on a certain plan or plat entitled, "Plat of Quonocutcong Central Beach, Charlestown, R. I., Thorny & Trainer, Inc., Agts., 1929," to the Inch, October, 1924, Rossel & Fallows, filed September 10, 1929, said plan or plat being on file in the Town Clerk's office in said Town of Charlestown. Being the same premises conveyed to these mortgagors in a deed dated November 1, 1957 duly recorded in the Land Evidence Books of said Town of Charlestown. Together with all the reservations, covenants and restrictions as contained in said deed. This mortgage is made upon the STATUTORY CONDITION and with the STATUTORY POWER OF SALE.
