I., Thorup & Trainers, Inc., Agts., 1936," to the Inch, October, 1936, filed with the Town Clerk's office in said Town of Charlestown on October 2nd, 1936, recorded in Book 24, page 109, said file. Being the same premises conveyed to these mortgagors in Deed dated November 1, 1957 dated October 1st 1957 and duly recorded in the Land Evidence Books of said Town of Charlestown. Together with all the reservations, covenants and restrictions as contained in said deed. This mortgage is made upon the STATUTORY CONDITION and with the STATUTORY POWER OF SALE.
