92 STATUTORY FORM OF WARRANTY DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, LENNOX J. BRAY, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for consideration paid, grant to myself LENNOX J. BRAY and to my wife, LILLIAN G. BRAY, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS: Certain tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and other improvements thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, and described as Lot Number One Hundred Twenty-two (122) as shown on a plat map or plat entitled, "Plat of Quonocutong Central Beach, Charlestown, R. I.," Thorp & Trainer, Inc., Hope Valley, R. I., dated July 19, 1954, Recorded Nov. 10, 1954, Record Room and Lewis, Engrs., page 11, said plat being on file in the Town Clerk's office in said Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island, with all right titles and privileges and subject to conditions and restrictions, as appear of record. Being a portion of the same premises described in deed of Howard L. Bray to William S. Saunders and Alice B. P. Saunders, both late of Hopkinton, Rhode Island, deceased, dated the 23rd day of May, 1923, recorded in Book G2, at page 373 of the Charlestown Land Evidence Records. Reference is hereby made and had to make the will of said William S. Saunders and Alice B. P. Saunders, duly recorded in the said Charlestown Land Evidence Records. FISHER, husband and wife, of Charlestown, Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to UNITED BUILDERS SUPPLY CO., INCORPORATED, a Connecticut corporation, having a place of business in Westerly, Rhode Island, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of TWENTY THOUSAND & 00/100 ($20,000.00) Dollars payable as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of date even herewith, and also to secure all future advances made by said mortgagees to said Bradford T. Fisher of every description. Those certain tracts or parcels of land, together with the buildings and other improvements thereon, situated at Quonocutong Beach, so-called, in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, and being shown and delineated as Lots numbered Two Hundred Twenty-five (225) and Two Hundred Twenty-six (226) on a plat entitled, "Plat of Quonocutong Central Beach as Extended February 1948, Charlestown, R. I., Property of H. B. and N. H. Thorp, sale and map by July 19, 1954, Record Room & Lewis, Engrs.," to which plat reference is hereby made and for a more particular description of said lots alde. ALSO that certain tract of land, situated at Quonocutong Central Beach, so-called, in said Charlestown, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of the "Old Road" at Quonocutong Beach and running a due east line nearly 200 feet from Sea Breeze Avenue, said point also being the southwesterly corner of premises hereby conveyed; thence a south line 33 1/2 feet in length, and then north and 72 feet distance to the northerly boundaries of Lot #292 and Lot #293 on a certain plan or plat entitled, "Plat of Quonocutong Central Beach, Extended February 1948, Charlestown, Rhode Island, Property of H. B. and N. H. Thorp, Scale 1 inch equals 80 feet, July, 1954, Record & Lewis, Engrs.," thence turning a right

93 angle and thence northerly 150 feet, running a right angle and running westerly 110 feet to the westerly side of Bay View Road Extension thence running southerly 150 feet to the point and place of beginning. Bounded northerly, easterly and southerly by land now or formerly of Howard E. Thorp et al and westerly by Bay View Road Extension or OTHERS with the right to use Bay View Road Extension extended in common with others. These premises are conveyed SUBJECT to conditions and restrictions of record, and SUBJECT to a mortgage on said Lot No. 265 to Industrial National Bank of Providence.
