KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, ELMER R. MINAKIN and ETHEL MINAKIN, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to JOSEPH L. A. CAYER and CATHERINE CAYER, husband and wife, both of the Town of Richmond in said County and state as JOINT TENANTS with the right of survivorship and not as Tenants in Common with WARRANTY COVENANTS

That certain tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of the State Highway, commonly known asquand Shore Road at the northeasterly corner of the premises herein conveyed at land of laurel Mountain Association, thence running southerly a distance of one thousand (1000) feet easterly by land of mandala land, a distance of Three Thousand (3000) feet; thence turning east on said feet distance of one hundred (100) feet, more or less, by a distance of one hundred (100) feet distance turning and running northerly, maintaining a distance of Five Hundred (500) feet distance turning and running easterly a distance of Three Thousand (3000) feet thence turning and running northerly, by land of mandala land, a distance of Three Thousand (3000) feet and thence turning and running westerly, by said State Highway, a distance of Five Hundred (500) feet to the point and place of beginning, or however the same may be bounded or described same
Being the same premises conveyed by Hizmar Hily and Anna Hily, husband and wife, to Elmer R. Minakin and Ethel Minakin as husband and wife, as Joint Tenants by Warranty Deed dated June 19, 1953 and recorded in the Land Evidence Records of the Town of Charlestown in Book 31 page 34.
This conveyance is made subject to taxes assessed as of December 31, 1956. WITNESS our hands this 10th day of August, 1957

CAYER and CATHERINE CAYER, husband and wife, both of the Town of Richmond, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to WESTERLY COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION, a corporation legally created and having a place of business in the Town of Westerly
with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of SEVEN THOUSAND and no/100 ($7,000.00) Dollars in fifteen (15) years with interest at five & one-half (5%) per centum per annum, payable monthly as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of even date herewith
