79 We, FLORENCE H. DOWD and AGNES M. DOWD, both being unmarried of the City, County and State of New York, (hereinafter called the Grantors), for nominal consideration paid, grant to the NARRAGANSETT ELECTRIC COMPANY, (hereinafter called the Grantee), for itself, its successors and assigns, with Warranty Conveyance the, grant and easement to erect, maintain and operate, for the distribution of electric current and for telephone use, one (1) pole, to maintain and operate the necessary equipment and apparatus, and to install, maintain, operate, over and across upon the Grantors' land at Quonocuttong in the Town of Charlestown, Washington County, Rhode Island, the necessary poles, wires, cables and other equipment of the Grantee's land to and from the land now or formerly of Miriam T. Jolley. Said pole and the necessary wires extending from said pole to the land now or formerly of Miriam T. Jolley and the location of the existing line and extend to now or formerly of Miriam T.
