To all People to whom these Presents shall come, we Charles Cornell and Sarah C. Cornell wife of said Charles of exoneron, County of Providence in the State of Rhode Island, hereinafter called the grantors, Send Greeting. Know all that we the said grantors for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and eight dollars to us in hand paid before the ensuing hours, months and days paid by Charles P. Weaver of Charlestown, county of Washington state aforesaid, hereinafter called the grantee, the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, and are herewith fully satisfied contented and paid, and that, and every part and parcel thereof as enumerate assign and discharge the said grantee his heirs, executors and administrators forever by these presents have given, granted, bargained, sold, entered, enfeoffed, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do freely fully and absolutely give grant bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, convey and confirm unto the said grantee his heirs and assigns forever, a certain lot of land situated in said town of Charlestown, lying on the North side of the highway that runs from Hurlburt's Mills to Olney's mills and is bounded as follows: Beginning at a point on the Northerly side of said highway at the Westerly line of land of Charles G. Dawley, thence running Westerly along the Northerly side of said highway, ten (10) rods, thence turning at right angles and running Northerly six (6) rods, thence turning at right angles at this point and running Easterly to said Dawley's land ten (10) rods, thence at right angles and running along the said Dawley's land Southerly sixteen (16) rods to said highway, containing one acre. To have and to hold, the said granted and bargained premises, with all the appurtenances, privileges, and commodities to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining to the said grantee his heirs and assigns, forever to his and their only proper use benefit and behoof forever. And we the said grantors for ourselves and for our heirs, executors and administrators, do covenant promise and grant to and with said grantee his heirs and assigns, that at and before the ensuing hereof we are the true, sole and lawful owners of the above bargained premises, and are lawfully seized and possessed of the same in our own proper right as good perfect and absolute estate of inheritance in fee simple and have in ourselves good right full power and lawful authority to grant bargain

And that the said grantee his heirs and assigns shall and may from time to time, and at all times forever hereafter, by force and virtue of these presents, quietly, peaceably and freely have, hold, use, occupy, possess and enjoy the said demised and bargained premises, with the all tenements free and clear and freely and clearly quietly, settled and discharged and of free from all and any manner of former or other gifts, grants, bargains, sales, leases, mortgages, mills, entails, jointures, dowries, judgments & recoveries and encumbrances, of what name or nature soever, that may in any manner
