263 I, DORETTA RINKER, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to Charles J. Link and Dorothy T. Link, and to the survivor of them and unto the heirs and assigns of said survivor as joint tenants and not tenants in common, both of said Charlestown, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the pay- ment of two Thousand (2000) Dollars in Five years with interest at Five (5) per centum, per annum, payable semi-annually not in advance as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of even date herewith. That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows together with the buildings and improvements thereon: FIRST TRACT: Being a portion of Lot No. 20 on "Plat of house lots on Hill Farm" in Charlestown, Rhode Island to wit: starting at a border, Sundial, sole ft to an inch, October 13th, 1933 east 41 1/2 feet to an iron, and then southerly 100 feet to an iron, beginning at the southeast corner of this tract and at the northeasterly corner of the land of Charles Cornell and Lisa Cornell then northerly along the easterly water line of the stream 100 feet to the northeasterly corner of said lot No. 20, then easterly 41 1/2 feet thence easterly along the north line of said lot No. 20 100 feet to the north easterly corner of said lot No. 20, then southerly bounding easterly by other land, now or formerly, of Edward A. Snyder 100 feet to the southeast corner of the first described lot of said Charles Cornell and Lisa Cornell thence westerly bounding southerly by said Cornell land one hundred feet to the place of beginning. SECOND TRACT: Beginning at a point to the northeasterly corner of the hereby conveyed tract and at the southeasterly corner of the land of John H. Johnson, as by map then surveyed, bounding northerly by said land of John H. Johnson, as by land formerly of Charles J. Link, et al., a distance of 59 (fifty 9) feet thence southerly, bounding easterly by other land, now or formerly, of Charles J. Link, et al., distance of seventy-five (75) feet thence westerly, bounded southerly by land of Steven B. Brown, in a direction north 54 degrees west 59 feet to an iron, and westerly partly by land of John Jordan, et al., and partly by land of Charles J. Cornell, et al. until reaching the northeasterly corner of the first tract of the point of beginning of second tract, subject to all the rights, privileges and restrictions contained in the deed from Charles J. Link, et al. to the grantor herein, and subject to the restrictions contained in the deed from Charles J. Link, et al. as evidence upon Land Evidence in 26 page 267, mortgage reference to said land, and a map of the whole Town of Charlestown, in Book 26, at page 267, Map reference to said land, and said map is hereby referred to and made a part of these presents for a more complete and particular description of the premises hereby conveyed. This mortgage is made upon the STATUTORY CONDITION and WITH THE STATUTORY POWER OF SALE. I, JOHN R. RINKER husband of the mortgagor, release to the mortgagees all my right of curtesy and all other interest in the aforesaid premises.
