54 THIS INDENTURE OF LEASE Entered into on the 27th day of April A. D. 1957 by and between Roger R. Godon, Lillian T. Godon, Raymond G. Godon and Doris Godon hereinafter called the Lessors, and Joseph Tremblay and Lucille Tremblay hereinafter called the Lessees. WITNESSETH, That the said Lessors hereby demise and lease unto said Lessees The following described real estate: Beginning at a drill hole on a boulder located on the easterly side of Watchaug Pond in the Town of Charlestown, State of Rhode Island, which point is the southwesterly corner of land owned by the Lessors: Thence 300 feet in an easterly direction along the southerly line of land owned by the Lessors to a point; Thence northerly and at right angles 149 feet to the right of beginning, Thence continuing northerly and at right angles 302 feet to a point; Thence easterly and at right angles 100 feet to a point; Thence at right angles and southerly 49 feet to a point; Thence westerly and at right angles 100 feet to a point; this being the point of beginning. This being Lot No 8 on a proposed plat owned by the Lessors TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same with the appurtenances unto said lessees, their executors, dat heirs, administrators and assigns for and during the term of 20 years commencing from the 1st day of May, A.D. 1957, to the 30th day of April A.D. 1976 yielding and paying therefore during said term the yearly rent of fifty Dollars for each and every year during the continuance of this lease, in the sum of $50.00 per year. And the said Lessees for themselves and for their executors, administrators, and assigns covenant and agree with the said Lessors, their heirs and assigns, that they will pay the sum within and in the manner specified above, and that they will promptly pay the same within and in the manner specified (and that if they shall not make said payment within 30 days subsequent to the time above specified (and if that shall not be made) the said Lessors shall be authorized to enter upon the premises and take possession and re-entry and regain thattained in Lease on the part of the said Lessee to be kept and performed, the said Lessors shall be authorized to enter upon the premises and take possession and re-entry and regain thattained in Lease on the part of the said Lessee to be kept and performed, the said Lessors shall be authorized to enter upon the premises and take possession and re-entry and regain thattained in Lease on the part of the said Lessee to be kept and performed, the
