Beginning at a point on the northeasterly line of Charlestown Beach Road,
so-called, at the northeasterly corner of the premises herein described
on so-called, then running southerly along the line of "Perry Creek,"
so-called; then running southerly along the shore line of said Perry Creek,
generally easterly, bounded northerly by the shore line of said Perry Creek,
until it comes to the northerly line of a certain piece of land, now or formerly, of
Henry S. Greene; thence running generally southerly, bounded southeast-
erly by said Greene land; thence running easterly, more or less, to the south-
easterly boundary of said the Charlestown Beach Road at the northeasterly
corner of said Greene land; thence running generally northerly and north-
easterly, bounded westerly by said Charlestown Beach Road to
the southerly shore line of said Perry Creek at the point and place of be-
ginning.
Together with all littoral and riparian rights and all alluvial accretions appur-
tenant to the above described land.
And I, the said grantor, hereby covenant that I am a widow and have not
remarried.
