Rathbone, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to the Stonington Savings and Loan Association, Incorporated, a corporation organized by and under the laws of the State of Connecticut, and having its principal place of business and being located in the Town of Stonington, County of New London and State of Connecticut, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS To secure the payment of Nine Thousand ($9,000.00) Dollars, with interest at five and one-half (%) per centum, per annum, said principal and interest to be paid in equal monthly installments of Sixty-one and 91/100 ($61.91) Dollars each, as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of eve date herewith, note, with all provisions therein contained, is hereby made a part of this mortgage.
