656 DISCHARGE OF MORTGAGE The undersigned, having received full payment and satisfaction of a mortgage dated April 1, 1957 made to them by CHARLES BURRILL CARPENTER and LUCINDA ANNIE CARPENTER, recorded in the Land Evidence Records of the Town of Charlestown, in the State of Rhode Island, in Book No. 35 at page 655, hereby cancel and discharge the same. And we covenant to and with the person making said payment that we are the present owners of said mortgage.
