Cross, of the Town of Charlestown, in the State of Rhode Island, Collector of Taxes for said Town Charlestown, send greeting: WHEREAS, the Board of Assessors of said Town Tid, as of the last day of December, A. D. 1954, at 12 o'clock noon, several valuations on the real estate and tangible personal property and certain taxable intangible personal property in said Town, and whereas said Board of Assessors before saying assessed valuations did, cause the plat books and maps of said Town, and the list of taxpayers, to be placed publically in the Town Hall of said Town for three weeks next preceding the time of such meeting, and whereas said valuations were not protested by any person, and whereas said Board of Assessors did, find there being no newspaper published in said Town, I.
