the following instrument by him signed, to be his
free and voluntary act and deed.

Having received full payment and satisfaction of the
debt secured by the foregoing mortgage I hereby cancel
and discharge the same in full. Witness my

Albert Leongard of Westerly County of Washington
and State of Rhode Island for and in consideration
of the sum of ten Dollars to me paid by James Nelson
of said Westerly, the receipt whereof I hereby acknow-
ledge, have remised, released and forever quitclaimed, and
by these presents do remise, release and forever quitclaim
unto him the said James Nelson his heirs Ltd
assigns forever, all the right, title, interest property,
claim and demand, which I done have, or of right might
have, or claim, in and to two certain lots or parcels of
land situated in the town of Charlestown in the
