513 THIS INDENTURE OF Lease Entered into on the 1st day of August A. D. 1956 by and between Roger R. Godon, Lillian T. Godon, Raymond G. Godon, Doris Godon, hereinafter called the Lessors, and Bernard Benoit and Doris A. Benoit hereinafter called the Lessee WITNESSETH. That the said Lessors hereby demise and lease unto said Lessee The following described real estate: Beginning at a drill hole on boundary located on the easterly side of Watchaug Pond in the Town of Charlestown, State of Rhode Island which point is the southerly cornerstone of the land owned by these Lessors. Thence 350 feet in an easterly direction along the southerly line of land owned by these Lessors to a point. Thence in a northerly direction and at right angles 188 feet to the point of beginning of this described parcel. Thence easterly at right angles 180 feet, Thence southerly at right angles 47 feet to a point. Thence southerly at right angles 133 feet and parallel to the southerly line of the land of the Lessors Thence westerly at right angles 47 feet and parallel to the southerly line of the land of the Lessors 100 feet. Thence northerly at right angles and along the first described course 47 feet to the point of beginning. Thence to the Lot 7 of Proportion a plat owned by the Lessors. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD with the same and appurtenances unto said Lessee his executors, administrators and assigns, for and during the term of 20 years beginning from the 1st day of August, to the 1st day of August A. D. 2076 visiting paying therefore during the lease a Rent of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars for each and every year during the continuance of this lease, and in the same proportion for any less time, in equal payments And the said Lessee for himself and for his executors, administrators and assigns, covenants and assigns, that he will and his successors, their heirs and assigns that he will pay said rent at the times and in the manner aforesaid;
