488 MORTGAGE DEED We, John H. SALONEN and wife EVI E. SALONEN, both of Mineola, Long Island, for consideration paid, grant to Michael Pietila and wife Mary K. Pietila, both of Charlestown, Rhode Island, as JOINT TENANTS and not as tenants in common, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED Dollars in fifteen (15) years with interest at Five (5%) per centum, per annum, payable semi-annually not in advance as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of every date mentioned hereabove.
