487 We, Michael Pietila and wife Mary K. Pietila, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to John H. Salonen and wife Evi E. Salonen both of Mineola, Long Island, as JOINT TENANTS and not as tenants in common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) That certain tract or parcel of land, with all buildings and improvements thereon, situated on the easterly side of Route #2 so-called, in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the easterly line of said Route #2, it being the southerly line of the road, at the intersection of said Route #2 and the southeasterly corner of the hereby conveyed premises;
