419 STATUTORY FORM OF WARRANTY DEED I, DANIEL MICHAEL HEALEY of Cranston, County of Providence and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid grant to JOSEPH VENTURA and ELISA VENTURA, husband and wife, both of Danielson, County of Windham and State of Connecticut, as Joint Tenants and not tenants in common, meaning to survive, with the warranty conveyed hereinafter: A certain tract or parcel of land located on the northerly side of the highway at East Beach, Quonochontaug, Village of Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northerly side of the highway which extends easterly from the southeasterly corner of the north end of East Beach being the southeasterly corner of the within conveyed premises and being the northwesterly corner of land of Walter P. Thorp and wife; thence westerly along the northerly line of said Walter P. Thorp and wife; thence southerly along the within conveyed premises, say fifty (50) feet to the point of beginning; said point being the southeasterly corner of a right of way which extends southeasterly from said point along the boundary of the within conveyed premises, say fifty (50) feet to said highway; then northerly along the boundary of said right of way said right of way being thirty (30) feet wide, say sixty (60) feet, more or less, to the shore of the Charles Pond and the northerly water line of said pond; thence easterly, to the northwesterly corner of the within conveyed premises, say one hundred fifty (150) feet, more or less, to the southeasterly corner of said conveyed premises, said point being also the northerly corner of said right of way; thence southerly, say fifty (50) feet, more or less, to the northerly line of said highway and the point and place of beginning.
