406 STATUTORY FORM OF MORTGAGE We, Irving Harold Crandall and Arlene Bliven Crandall, husband and wife, both of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to Silvio Panciera and Margaret Panciera, husband and wife, both of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS To secure the payment of Two Thousand (82,000.00) Dollars, in six (6) months, with interest at five (5) per centum, per annum, as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of even date herewith. Two certain lots or parcels of land situated in the Town of Charlestown County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows: Lots numbered Four (4) and Five (5) on that Plat entitled "Section No. 1 SHADY HARBOR" in Charlestown, Rhode Island, belonging to Everett Graiken & Sydney Cohn, Certified R. Stewart, Surveyor, May 1949, Revised June 17, 1949, which said Plat is recorded in Plat Book No. 2 in the Land Records-Office of the said Town of Charlestown. Being the same premises conveyed to the Mortgagors by Everett R. Graiken and Sydney Cohn by two deeds, dated November 28, 1950 and recorded in Charlestown land evidence Book 30 page 485 and 486, and other deeds dated February 16, 1952 and recorded in Charlestown Land Evidence Books in Book 33 at Page 16. We, Irving Harold Crandall and Arlene Bliven Crandall, husband and wife, the Mortgagors, release to the said Mortgagees all our respective right of curtesy and dower and all other interest in the aforesaid described premises. This Mortgage is made upon the STATUTORY CONDITION and with the STATUTORY POWER OF SALE. Witness our hands this 25th day of July, 1956. In presence of: Thomas J. Capalbo Frederic R.
