375 I, EDWARD L. SINGSEN, of the Town of East Providence and State of Rhode Island for consideration paid paid, to HARVEY C. SAFFORD and DORIS C. SAFFORD, his wife, of the Town of Charlestown and State of Rhode Island, as Joint Tenants, with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS That strip of land of twenty (20) feet in width in the Town of Charlestown and State of Rhode Island bounding westerly on other land of the grantor and grantee’s heirs hundred twenty one (241) feet easterly on land now or lately of Evelyn D. Kilburn twenty one (21) feet westerly on land now or lately of the heirs of Nathan K. Foster two hundred forty two (242) feet and southerly on other land, twenty (20) feet, range of the hundreds. Also a strip of land sixteen (16) feet in width in said Charlestown bounding westerly on land now or lately of Sadie A. Willits, about three hundred twenty three (323) feet northernly on other land, strip sixteen (16) feet wide, about three hundred twenty one (321) feet easterly on land now or lately of the heirs of Nathan K. Foster about three hundred twenty-five (325) feet and southerly on land now or lately of George F. Safford, about sixteen (16) feet. Subject to taxes assessed as of December 31, 1955. I, Lila H. Singsen wife of the grantor release to said grantees all my right of dower and all other interest in the aforesaid premises. WITNESS our hands this 9th day of May, 1956. EDWARD L. SINGSEN LILA H. SINGSEN The consideration for this deed is such that no revenue stamps are required.
