I, EDWARD L. SINGSEN, of the Town of East Providence and State of Rhode Island for
consideration paid paid, to HARVEY C. SAFFORD and DORIS E. SAFFORD, his wife, of the Town of
Charlestown and State of Rhode Island, as Joint Tenants, with, QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS
That strip of land of twenty (20) feet in width in the Town of Charlestown and
State of Rhode Island bounding westerly on other land of the grantor and
two hundred forty one (241) feet easterly on land now or lately of Evelyn
D. Kilburn eighty five (85) feet westerly on land now or lately of the heirs of
Nathan K. Foster two hundred forty one (241) feet east and southerly the
range of the hundred feet strip, bounding easterly on other land, twenty (20) feet.
Also a strip of land sixteen (16) feet in width in said Charlestown bounding
westerly on land now or lately of Sadie A. Willits, about three hundred twenty
five (325) feet north, then easterly sixteen (16) feet, then north sixteen (16) feet
easterly on land now or lately of the heirs of Nathan K. Foster about three
hundred twenty five (325) feet, then southerly on land now or lately of George
F. Safford, about sixteen (16) feet.
Subject to taxes assessed as of December 31, 1955.
I, Lila H. Singsen wife of the grantor release to said grantees all my right of dower and
all other interest in the aforesaid premises.
