298 Know all men by these Presents, That I Joshua H. Stoka of Charlestown, county of Washington and State of Rhode Island and for and in consideration of the Sum of one dollar to me paid by Henrietta H. Brownell wife of Stephen Brownell of Providence Rhode Island I hold the receipt hereof I do hereby acknowledge, be hereby grant bargain, sell and convey unto the said Henrietta H. Brownell her heirs and assigns forever, those three lots of land in said town of Charlestown described as lots number ten, eleven and twelve on a plot of Indian Reservation lands surveyed and plotted by Jn D Spencer, which said plot is recorded in the records of land evidence of said town of Charlestown. Each of said lots containing sixty six and four tenths degrees, making in the aggregate eighty and four areas of land. I do have to hold and sell the same with all the rights privileges and appurtenances thereunto appertaining unto and to the use of the said Henrietta H. Brownell her heirs and assigns forever. And I the aforementioned Joshua H. Stoka for and in consideration for myself and for my heirs executors and administrators, do covenant with the said Henrietta H. Brownell her heirs and assigns, that I will warrant and defend the aforementioned premises to the said Henrietta Brownell her heirs and assigns free, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming half through or under me. And I Dora Jane Stoka wife of the said Joshua H. Stoka in consideration as aforesaid do hereby release all my right of dower in and to said premises to said Henrietta H. Brownell her heirs and assigns forer. In testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this fourth day of March in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and eighty five.
