324 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, Charles J. Dauray and his wife, Lucille J. Dauray, both of the Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island, hereinafter called the "mortgagors," in consideration of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty ($4,850.) Dollars, to be paid by INDUSTRIAL NATIONAL BANK of Providence, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, with its principal place of business in the City and County of Providence in the State of Rhode Island, hereinafter called the "mortgagee," the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant to the mortgagee, its successors and assigns forever, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of an promissory note of the mortgagor of even date herewith and bearing the serial number hereof, the following: That certain real estate situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, described as follows: A certain tract of land, together with a dwelling house and other improvements located thereon, summed as follows: Beginning at the northeasterly corner of the street herein called "private road"; thence running in a southeasterly direction along the easterly line of a private road; thence running in a southerly direction along the easterly line of a private road to a stone bound; thence running southeasterly 166.31 feet to a stone bound; thence turning an interior angle of 166° 26' and continuing southerly and by east, with said boundary line running in a straight line to a stone bound; thence running easterly turning an interior angle of 168° 46' and running southeasterly to a stone bound with said boundary line running in a straight line 111.11 feet to a stone bound; thence along the easterly line of the aforementioned private road to the southeasterly corner of land of Wage Holmes; thence turning an interior angle of 120° 54' and running southeasterly 200.00 feet to a stone bound; thence turning an interior angle of 120° 54' and running southeasterly a distance of 100.00 feet to a stone bound; thence turning an interior angle of 269° 52' and running southeasterly a distance of 100.00 feet to a stone bound; thence turning an interior angle of 120° 54' and running southeasterly a distance of 131.12 feet to a stone bound; thence continuing in a southeasterly direction along said line to a distance of 111.11 feet, more or less, to the southeasterly corner of land of Wage Holmes; thence turning and running southeasterly, and by east forever along the shore of said pond to a village of 116.55 feet, more or less, to a stone bound; thence running southeasterly 111.11 feet to a stone bound; thence turning northwesterly a distance of 195.19 feet to an iron pipe; thence turning an interior angle of 135° 14' and running northwesterly a distance of 89.65 feet to an iron pipe; angle 114° 14' thence turning an interior angle of 205° 57' and running westerly a distance of 114.14 feet to the easterly line of a private road; thence running northerly 114.14 feet to a dump stump or pumphouse; thence turning an interior angle of 185° 34' and running westerly a distance of 64.14 feet to the easterly line of a private road; thence running northerly to a stone wall; thence turning an interior angle of 165° 21' and running northwesterly a distance of 200.00 feet to the beginning; thence turning an interior angle of 269° 52' and running northwesterly a distance of 79.14 feet along the easterly line of the first described course. This tract containing an area of 3.78 acres and bounded on the north by land of Wage Holmes; on the east by Wage Holmes, et al.; on the south and bounded on the west by land of Wage Holmes and Cove Lane, on the east by Charlestown Pond and on the north by land of Wage Holmes. Together with the right of ingress and egress to and from the said premises and the private road for the purpose of ingress and egress to and from the said premises and the public highway for pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and the well and the waters therefore, with said well is located on the northerly boundary line of the hereby conveyed premises, together with the right to construct,
