Reilly, location Charlestown, Rhode Island, Scale 1" = 100', which said plat is filed in the office of the Town Clerk, said town of Charlestown. Said lots together form one tract, bounded as follows: WESTERLY : by Charlestown Beach Road, "Fifty (50) feet, more or less; WESTERLY : by lot 557, as shown on said plat, 111.4 feet, more or less; SOUTHERLY : by lot 557, as shown on said plat, 50 feet, more or less; EASTERLY : by lot 559, as shown on said plat, 50 feet, more or less; and NORTHERLY : by lot 554, as shown on said plat, 111.5 feet, more or less. Being part of the same premises conveyed to James Howard Partlow by deed of Daniel N. DeMorris and Jennie E. DeMorris, dated September 18, 1954, and was recorded in the Records of Land Evidence of the Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island, in Book 31, Page 285; and further being part of the same premises conveyed by Charlotte M. Rowe to Daniel M. DeMorris and Jennie E. DeMorris, which deed was dated December 13, 1941, and was recorded in the Records of Land Evidence of the Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island in Book 28, at page 596. This conveyance is made subject to restrictions of record. I, Lilian Partelo, wife of the grantor, release to the said grantees all my right of dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises. WITNESS our hands this 14th day of May, 1956.
