199 Know all men by these presents That I William Ha hison of Charlestown in the County of Washington & State of RI for and in consideration of the Sum of one Dollar to me paid by the Rounds nd hison of said Charlestown the receipt whereof I hereby acknow ledge to have received I cause to give to the said Hannah Ha hison for and during the term of her natural life a certain lot of land situated in said town, with a dwelling house & other buildings thereon bounded Northerly by land of the heirs of Oliver G. Clarke east Easterly by land of Samuel Browning, northerly by the highway and Westerly by land of sarah William Ha hison and land of the heirs of Oliver G. Clarke or however bounded To have and to hold the same with all the rights privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging to her the said Hannah Ha hison for and during the term of her natural life as aforesaid; and upon the decease of the said Hannah Ha hison the same shall revert to the said William Ha hison his heirs and assigns forever.
