I, Daniel A. Soule, husband of Louvan W. Soule, release to the said Mortgagees, all my right of curtsy in the aforesaidescribed premises.

ASSIGNMENT
(FOR DISCHARGE OF ABOVE MORTGAGE, SEE BOOK 34, PAGE 48)
We, the undersigned having received full payment and satisfaction of the within mortgage recorded in the Records of Land Evidence in the Town of Charlestown, in the State of Rhode Island in Land Evidence Book 27 at Page 675, hereby cancel and discharge the same and we renounce to and with the person making said payment that we are the present owners of said mortgage.
