297 Thomas F. Reilly of the Town of East Haven, County of New Haven, State of Connecticut for consideration paid, grant to Mrs. Hazel R. Lawson, wife of Howard William Lawson of the City of Providence, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. Those certain lots or parcels of land located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as Lots #53 - 54 shown on a "Map of the Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island, owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, scale 1" - 100 feet, dated July 25th, 1934, K. W. Leighton, C. S., New Haven, Conn., and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. SOUTHERLY : by Tucker Street as shown on said map, 50 feet more or less EASTERLY : by Lot #52 on said map 100 feet more or less; NORTHERLY : by Lots #14-15 on said map 50 feet more or less; WESTERLY : by Lot #55 on said map 100 feet more or less. This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said map. Anna T. Reilly wife of the grantor Thomas F. Reilly releases to said grantee all her right of dower and all other interest in the aforesaid premises WITNESS my hand this 18th day of March 1936. Walter D. Connor Julia S. Reilly THOMAS F.
