181 WARRANTY DEED Know all men by these presents, That I, Isa C. Fitzgerald, of the town of Richmond, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to John F. Rapoza, Jr. and Mildred L. Rapoza, husband and wife, both of the Town of Hopkinton, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, as JOINT TENANTS and not as tenants-in-common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) That certain real estate situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington State of Rhode Island, together with all the buildings and improvements and described as follows: Beginning at the northeasterly corner of the premises herein conveyed at the corner of corner of walls at the westerly boundary line of premises, now of the corner of roads known as Clarke street thence running southerly [?] easterly by said Clarke land, until it comes to the northerly side of a proposed highway, common right-of-way [?] way, thence running easterly by the westerly corner of premises herein conveyed by said Clarke, thence running southerly, varied, bounded southerly by part per bounded page, right-of-way, thence running southerly by premises conveyed to John F. Rapoza, Jr. and Mildred L. Rapoza, to the southeasterly corner of premises herein conveyed running W. Mooney [?] corner to the southeasterly corner of premises herein conveyed running southeasterly bounded west by an old road and by the northerly boundary of said Atlas Corporation, until it intersects with the southeasterly corner of premises of said Atlas Corporation, thence running northwesterly, varied, to the northeasterly corner of premises of said Atlas Corporation; thence following a wall, or bank wall, in either direction, or by a straight line, until it comes to the point of beginning, and if the boundary otherwise the same may be bounded or described. Being the same premises conveyed to John A. Fitzgerald and Isa C. Fitzgerald by deed dated June 1, 1936 from Brown & Clay and Gladys T. Brown, being date of January 23, 1930 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence of Town of Charlestown in Book No. 13 page 30 and being a portion of the premises conveyed by John A. Fitzgerald to Isa C. Fitzgerald by deed dated August 30, 1955 and recorded in Records of Land Evidence of said Town of Charlestown in Book 35 page 180-182; to which deeds reference is hereby made and made a part of the presents of these presents. I, John A. Fitzgerald, husband of the grantor releases to the grantees all my right of curtesy and all other interest in the aforesaid described premises. Fitzgerald of the Town of Richmond, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payments of Four thousand and 00/100 ($4000.00) Dollars after date with interest at five (5%) per centum per annum, payable semi-annually

182 in advance as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of even date herewith, (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) That certain real estate situated in Town of Charlestown, County of Washington State of Rhode Island, together with all buildings and improvements and described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of the premises herein conveyed at the corner of walls at the westerly boundary line of premises, now or formerly of Thomas B. Clarke; thence running southerly, bound eastward by a proposed highway, common right-of-way or driveway, as now traversed, at the southeasterly corner of premises of said Clarke; thence running southerly, bound easterly by premises formerly of John A. Moore; thence running easterly, bound northerly by a driveway as proposed said right-of-way, right-of-way or driveway, or partly by premises as proposed said right-of-way, right-of-way or driveway, at the southeasterly corner of premises herein conveyed and the southeasterly corner of premises of Alan R. Conover; thence running northerly along the westerly boundary of premises of said Alan R. Conover, until it comes to the north corner of walls at the northeasterly corner of premises herein conveyed and the southerly boundary of those premises until it comes to the point of beginning at said wall, or bank, in an easterly direction, or until it comes to the point and place of beginning, or [?] the same way; Being the same premises conveyed to the grantors with all rights-of-way and easements contained in title deed, dated of even date herewith, to be recorded in the Land Evidence Records of the Town of Charlestown.
