KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, ALICE F. WARD, of Edgewood, in the City and County of Providence, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to GLENN F. GODDEN and MILDRED L. GODDEN, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, meaning to the survivor, with WARRANTY CONVEYANCE
Those certain lots or parcels of land situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, shown and designated as Lots Numbers 135 and 136 on that plat or map entitled, "Charlestown by the Sea, Owned and Developed by Thomas F. Reilly, location Charlestown, Rhode Island, Scale 1" = 100", Dated July 25th, 1934, K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Conn." Said plat being filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, said Town of Charlestown. Said lots together form one tract bounded as follows:
NORTHERLY : by Baxter Street, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less;
EASTERLY : by Lot Number 134, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less;
SOUTHERLY : by Lots Number 132 and 173, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet more or less; and
WESTERLY : by Lot Number 137, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less.
Subject to restrictions as contained on said Map.
Being the same premises conveyed to this Grantor by Thomas F. Reilly by deed dated November 1st, 1934 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, said Town of Charlestown, in Book No. 25 at Page 631.
ALSO, those certain lots or parcels of land, situated in said Town of Charlestown, and shown and designated as Lots Numbers 934 and 935 on the aforementioned plat or map. Said Lots Numbers 934 and 935 together form one tract bounded as follows:
NORTHERLY : by Shore Drive, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less;
EASTERLY : by Lot Number 933, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less;
SOUTHERLY : by part of Lot Number 1009, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less; and
WESTERLY : by Allen's Cove Road, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less.
Subject to restrictions as contained on said Map.
Together with parking privileges on lot near ocean front.
Being the same premises conveyed by deed of Thomas F. Reilly to this Grantor; said deed bearing date of June 2nd, 1937 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, said Town of Charlestown, Book No. 27 at Page 25.
Reference to said map or plat and the aforementioned deeds being hereby had and made and the same are made a part hereof for a more complete and detailed description of the premises hereby conveyed.
I, Alice F. Ward, covenant that I am unmarried.
