to LEON M. GRINKELL, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode
Island, with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS
Those certain lots or tracts of land, together with the buildings and improvements
thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island,
laid out and designated as Lots Numbers 771 and 774 on that plat entitled, "Charlestown
by the Sea, owned and developed by Thomas P. Reilly, location Charlestown, Rhode Island,
Scale 1" = 100' dated July 25th, 1934, K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Conn.",
and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of said Town of Charlestown. Said lots together
form one tract, bounded as follows:
WESTERLY : by Charlestown Beach Road, as shown on said Map, fifty and 64/100
(50.64) feet, more or less;
NORTHERLY : by Lot Number 772, as shown on said Map one hundred fifty-two and
3/10 (152.3) feet, more or less;
EASTERLY : by Lot Number 770, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or
less; and
SOUTHERLY : by Lot Number 775, as shown on said Map, one hundred forty-four
and 3/10 (144.3) feet, more or less.
This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map.
Being the same premises conveyed by deed of this Grantee to this Grantor; said deed
bearing date of July 21, 1949 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, said Town of
Charlestown, Book No. 31 on page 578.
The consideration for this deed is such that no Internal Revenue Stamps are required.
