Know all men by these presents that I John D. Anthony
of [illegible] in the County of Newport and Commonwealth of Massa-
chus do hereby grant sell absolute and convey my brother William D.
Anthony of Boston in said commonwealth To be my name and called
attorney in my name and in my name and in my name dead and by sale
to do any act’s and things whatsoever of my said estate situate in the
town of Tiverton County of Bristol in Prov. Rhode Island in give full power He will
be the one have and hold the same together with the appurtenances to him
forever and with the ramp up on my part to the end to set me and convey to any
person or persons whatsoever whenever it such times and times and for whatever
him or some price or prices and terms terms as I shall
seem and for any person and for any one good and in my name to make
receipts witness my hand and seal good and in my name to make
either with or the covenants of warranty further to make
several covenants and will be in last binding himself his heirs and
any thing which may be necessary in order to some part to offend
and perform the premises promising gave further until the time
shall be sold sold conveyed lease and let the said real estate in any
part or parcel thereof of the best rent first he come procure for the
same and to auth demand recover receive and collect all some of
money which shall be due and owing thereby In Witness
of which the said John D. Anthony and Salome Anthony wrote
of said from D. Anthony have thereunto set our hands and seals at
Tiverton expressed this fourth day of December in the year of our
lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine

this day certify that I know the bounds around the land of
Charles Anthony L. Bonar Beginning at the highway at Bellets lane
running Northerly to the fork of the road then Westerly by said road
until it land of Whitford hence by said Whitford land until comes
to P. Bounden’s then by said Bounden’s land until it comes to the
first mentioned bound
