bounded lands have agreed and do hereby agree upon a partition
line between us that is between as the Hogarth & Hengen Marsh
land and the W. and George Cross Marsh land in Charleston
said line to commence near the center of the old "salt works"
channel (so called) and run southeasterly in a straight line
by the old house of mine or two stones settled near with the
ground and near the edge of the Marsh from said old
bounds twenty four feet sheer inches to a stone post set in
the ground with iron rag in top of it thence in same
direction one hundred and nine feet and 4 in. hence to a
Stone set in the ground, thence one hundred and seventy feet
to a Stone post set in the Beach bank, thence to the Atlantic
Ocean, making a continuous straight line from near the
center of said salt works channel to said Atlantic Ocean
and giving a frontage to the Ocean on the highest Beach
