Reilly, dated July 1st, 1934, K. G. Leighton, Civil Engineer," Said map or plat is being filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, said Town of Charlestown. Said lots together form one parcel, bounded and described as follows: NORTHERLY : by Tupper Street, as shown on said map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less; EASTERLY : by Lot Number 81, as shown on said map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less; SOUTHERLY : by Lots Numbers 111 to 114, inclusive, as shown on said map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less; and WESTERLY : by Lot Number 86, as shown on said map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less. Said lots are subject to restrictions as contained on said map. Being the same premises conveyed by deed of Marvin C. Perry and Marguerite Perry to this Grantor; said deed bearing date of March 16th, 1954 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, said Town of Charlestown, in Book No. 34 at Page 70.
