Know all men by these presents, that I Joseph C. Church of Charlestown
in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island for and in consideration
of the sum of four hundred dollars to me paid by Elizabeth N. Church of
Charlestown aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have remised
released and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do remise, release and
forever quitclaim unto her the said Elizabeth N. Church her heirs and assigns
forever all the right title interest property claim and demand whatever either I now
have or right may have to acquire share in, and to all the Real Estate situate
and belonging to me now and by the last Will and Testament of my Father,
Albert Church late of Charlestown, deceased, for a description of which reference
reference is hereby made to the said Will, and more particularly to the Town Land
Records in said Charlestown for a more sufficient description of the same.
To have and to hold the same with all the rights privileges and appurtenances
thereunto appertaining, to her the said Elizabeth N. Church her heirs and assigns
forever and said I the aforementioned Joseph C. Church for myself and
for my heirs executors and administrators do covenant with the said Elizabeth
N. Church her heirs and assigns that I will warrant and defend the aforesaid
premises to the said Elizabeth N. Church her heirs and assigns against all
lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by trough or under me
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day
of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
twenty nine
