46 I, IRVING P. MASON, JR., of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to IRVING P. MASON and MARGARET O. MASON, husband and wife, both of the Town of Richmond, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, as Joint Tenants and not Tenants in Common, with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS All my right, title and interest, being an undivided one-third (1/3) part thereof, in and to that certain tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, land, bounded and described as follows: Northerly, by land of William D. Cross, etc; easterly, by the State Highway similarly, by land of [?] and others, etc and westerly by land of Irving P.
