39 STATUTORY FORM OF WARRANTY DEED. We, HARRY A. ANDERSON and JESSIE R. ANDERSON, husband and wife, both of the city of Naugatuck, County of New Haven and State of Connecticut, as joint tenants, for consideration paid grant to JOHN H. BRECK JR. and BARBARA N. BRECK, husband and wife, both of Springfield, County of Hampden and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as Tenants by The Entirety, with WARRANTY COVENANTS, A certain tract or parcel of land together with Engrs. said lot contains the right to use the right of ways and paths to and from said grant, their heirs and assigns on foot or together, otherwise, on own or through and across certain rights of way starting from the said plat and leading to the beach and along the public highway as well as the rights of way leading to the beach pond, and other any public highway, the right of way leading from
