ECCLESTON STATE OF RHODE ISLAND, ETC.) ) County of Washington ) ) In Town of Westerly on the 25th day of June, 1955 before me personally appeared Ray P. Eccleston and Jessie A. Eccleston, husband and wife, and both to me known and by known and by me to be the parties executing the foregoing instrument, and they acknowledged said instrument, by them executed, to be their free act and deed. ECCLESTON, of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to myself, RAY P. ECCLESTON, and my wife, JESSIE A. ECCLESTON, both of said Town of Westerly, AS JOINT TENANTS AND not as tenants in common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) That certain lot or parcel of land situate at Quonsetcough Beach, in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the northeasterly corner of other land of the grantees and the southeasterly corner of a parcel this day conveyed to Andrew H. Wyatt, et ux, southeasterly corner of a parcel this day conveyed to Andrew H. Wyatt, et ux, said point being also the southeasterly corner of the said parcel, thence running southeasterly along the southeasterly line of other land of the grantees other a distance twenty-four (24) feet; thence running southerly along the southeasterly line of a parcel of thirty-nine (39) feet, more or less, to land now or formerly of Samuel G. Phillips; thence running northerly along the southeasterly line of said Phillips land, a distance of fifty (50) feet to land of Helen Esther Marsh; thence running easterly, bounded northerly by said Marsh land, a distance of one hundred (100) feet, thence running northerly to said Wyatt land; thence running southeasterly along said Wyatt land a distance of fifty (50) feet to the southeasterly line of the road; a portion of Lot 10 on a portion of Lot 10 on shown on Charlestown Assessors' Plat No. 10", and a portion of premises conveyed to this grantor by deed of Helen Esther Marsh dated June 7, 1955, and recorded in Charlestown Land Evidence Book 35, page 37, records, together with an easement or right of way in foot and with vehicles ten (10) feet in width on easterly side of the said road in this parcel to a private way, and the remaining other sides of said Wyatt land and a parcel of land this day conveyed by the grantor to Doris W. Phillips. The consideration for this deed is such that no Federal Revenue Stamp is required. WITNESS my hand this 25th day of June, 1955 RAY P. ECCLESTON STATE OF RHODE ISLAND, ETC.)
