23 STATUTORY FORM OF WARRANTY DEED. CHARLESTOWN ESTATES INC., a Corporation duly incorporated under the Laws of the State of Rhode Island, and having a place of business in the Town of Westerly, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid grant to HAROLD JONES and FLORENCE M. JONES, husband and wife, both of the village of Pawcatuck, Town of Stonington, County of New London and State of Connecticut, as joint tenants and not tenants in common, meaning to the survivor, WITH WARRANTY CONVEYANTS. a certain tract or parcel of land located at Quonochontaug in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, and as shown on Lot #29 on a site map, described or plat exhibited, namely, Acres approx. 1, property of Charlestown Estates, Inc., Quonochontaug, Charlestown, R.I., 1/2 acre, being recorded in the Land Evidence Books 1946 page 143, Land Evidence Book 1947 page 143, being recorded in the Land Evidence Books of Said Town of Charlestown, and bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the northeasterly corner of the parcel herein conveyed, at a point on the westerly line of Indian Road, the southeasterly corner of said point being the southeasterly corner of land being conveyed to Karl Hurth, Jr., et ux; thence westerly a certain distance to the southeasterly corner of the parcel herein conveyed, and thence further southeasterly 115 (one hundred and fifteen) feet, to the southeasterly corner of the wall intersecting the northeasterly corner of the parcel herein conveyed; thence southeasterly along said wall to the southeasterly corner of said wall, more or less and to the southeasterly corner of the parcel herein conveyed, said point also being the northeasterly corner of land being conveyed to Karl Hurth, Jr., more or less to the southeasterly corner of the parcel herein conveyed, said point also being the northeasterly corner of land being conveyed to Karl Hurth, Jr., et ux; thence southeasterly one hundred minutes further to a point on the southeasterly line of the parcel herein conveyed, said parcel herein conveyed at a point on the southeasterly line of the parcel herein conveyed, said point also being the southeasterly corner of land being conveyed to Karl Hurth, Jr., et ux; westerly by land of William G. Mouton and wife, and southeasterly by land of Alexander G. Thompson and wife and easterly by land of Howard Jones approx. 115 feet.
